About Us

Hi, welcome to our lab at Peking University! Our research focuses on the promotion of physical activity with the aim of improving health and well-being across the life span. Specifically, we are interested in 1) examining the relationship between physical activity and positive psychological well-being, 2)developing theory- and evidence-based physical activity interventions for various populations, 3) investigating the effect of physical activity on cognitive functions and academic performance in children, and 4) incorporating wearable technology and data science in promoting physical activity. Our research is often interdisciplinary in nature with on-going collaborations with faculty members in Psychology and Medicine.
